Transition of the ACC

We would like to inform you about the transition of the Alarm Control Center to the Alarm IT Factory GmbH.

First things first:

• The status as premium Add-on for WinCC and PCS7 of the Alarm Control Center stays the same. Therefore the compatibility and the excellent integration to the world of Siemens products will be guaranteed.
• As before the Alarm Control Center will be in line with the current technologies. New features will be invented continuously and the qualified and rapid support is going to be maintained.
• The consistency of the Alarm Control Center as a product in various technical sectors including automotive, building technology, infrastructure, electricity, chemical industry and pharmaceutical industry is ensured.
• The ACC V4.11 was released in March 2015. In the 3rd quarter of 2015 the release for ACC V.12 will follow and the release for ACC V5 is scheduled for 2016.

The Alarm IT Factory GmbH was founded by Peter Gunsser and Florian Glufke – both experts in the field of alarm management. The main purpose was to provide a wide personal basis to ensure the development of the Alarm Control Center and the after-sales service. Since 2013, the Alarm IT Factory GmbH has been an external service provider of the Siemens AG for alarm management and provided the following services for the Alarm Control Center:

• Customer support
• Workshops and consulting service
• Software development and documentation
• Purchase order processing and shipment
• Bringing into service at home and abroad

By now the ACC-team of the Alarm IT Factory GmbH consists of 14 experts, who mind all alerting management matters and will kindly provide the above-mentioned services in the accustomed- qualified, rapid and non-bureaucratic-way.

The Alarm IT Factory GmbH will acquire possessions of the product Alarm Control Center from the Siemens AG on June 1st 2015. We therefore ask you to place your inquiries and orders directly to Alarm IT Factory GmbH, starting June 1st 2015.
